how to adjust the kyros audio volume while watching youtube?

it is really inconvenience to go back to home screen every time to adjust it..any easier way?

it took me awhile to even relize how to get back to the same vid.

Here's what I do but it doesn't seem to work with Youtube - the video reloads.
Hit the home key to get back to the home page then adjust the volume.
Then hold down the home key until "recent apps" appears.
Then select the game or what ever and go back.
Usually it continues where you left it. It doesn't restart the app, at least if it was the last app.
That's just a few clicks.
But what are the steps with YouTube? Is the fix another app?

it will be nice if someone can create a update mod that customize the home and setting button in such a way that contain both volume control and also the original function.
for example,
we can make it like pressing the home button one time = volume up for 1, setting button = volume down
holding home button for 2sec = home, setting for 2sec = setting
holding home button for 5sec = recently used app menu and so on.

if someone can help us do that, it will be really really great!!
