I have formatted my tablet :| how do i get it back to how it was?

Last night i formatted my tablet by mistake and now i can't start it back up, i tried to factory reset but ended up formatting it, now i can't use my tablet at all it just stays on a screen that says android.

I have a gpad m7206

any help would be great thanks

i checked the ebay post today of where i bought the tablet from and on there the model is m799CA whether that makes a difference

I did the same mistake on my MID M7206 android 2.3 "Local format or something and said it will reboot but never did! I tried all method and still in the same page android and blinks an _ (underscore) sign! Please help
