My Coby Kyros MID 7012 rings like a phone

Sometimes my Coby tablet makes a sound like a phone ringing. This could not be for a new email coming in or a app done downloading, I checked on that.
What could that be?

Could be a gtalk notification, a notification of an app update, a message (if you use a google voice account to send texts...)

I don't have a google voice account and do not send texts. I just use the tablet for reading books, listening to music and checking my yahoo email.
