My tab is Widevine, is there any way to get it to have Widevine L3?

Hey,

I have a Samsung tab and noticed I can't download Netflix shows in HD, although I can stream them in HD. After doing a lot of research I found out the reason for this is because it's Widevine L1 and I need it to be Widevine L3 to download in high resolution. So I want to know is there a way to get it to Widevine L1 or do I need to sack it off and get a new tablet?
