I have this 1-2 year old Google Androis Tablet. Turned it on then turned it off before it finished loading. It turned off did what i needed to do then I came back tried to turn it back on (Battery is full). The Tablet turns on part way but not all the way (not even to the Home screen). It loads to that one part and then flashes on and off over and over again. Can anyone give me the answer on how to fix this please?
My tablet will not start up.
