On boot up I get the time and message sorry try again, their is a square with 9 white circles and nothing else it wont allow me access, what has happened and how can I cure
I think your gadget has got a lock pattern and somebody must have entered a wrong pattern more than 5 times. Leave the gadget for about an hour untouched and then switch it on and draw the correct pattern using the 9 white squares you see on boot up
