When i turn it on it boots up then a screen comes on that says Carefully press and hold finger on the center of target briefly. Repeat as the target around the screen. I do this and nothing happens at all the Android little man never moves or anything. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you in advanced. I have tried to reset it already.
