Need Files for Coby MID 7046

I have a Coby MID 7046 that froze on the Coby screen. I have called Coby service and it tells me to go to the website. I've sent 6 emails to no avail. I need the files that came loaded on the tablet so I
can try to boot it from the SD card. Can anyone send me those files?

The tablet won't boot from sdcard, you need to return the tablet.

it was working fine one day and the next it was stuck on the coby screen. I have tried to reset it but it just won't work. I think it might boot from the sd card if I had the firmware or software or whatever you call it. How can I get that?

You can't get the firmware, well you could have seeing you have the tablet, you could have dumped the firmware. Now you can wait for someone to dump their firmware or return the tablet.
