Your tablet is bricked, maybe hard bricked (NAND is corrupted). Anyway look for a thread about reviving a hard bricked kyros. I've found that you probably don't even need to open tablet, simply use a 4GB microSD to create the resurrecting SD with the special u-boot file (something with 703 and .mm on its name), do not format it and just copy the firmware files to the biggest partition and it will work and install the firmware on your 7024.
