Need to Scan Barcode, pull data from Exel and Post to Twitter

I realize that I am probably asking for a miracle, but what the heck.

I am hosting an event and every registrant has a ticket with a barcode. The registration process also creates a spreadsheet with the attendees information (including the barcode number.)

I am wanting to scan their ticket, pull the data from the spreadsheet and SEND a tweet to our event Twitter Account with something like "Welcome Firstname from Organization"

We have created a Powerpoint slide that will post the latest TWEETS, so that each person who checks in will see their name UP IN LIGHTS!

I have been trying to find an app that will allow this type of functionality?

New to the tablet world and loving every minute of it!
