Bought above tablet and horror of all horrors, my son somehow managed to hit the reset button on the side of the machine (HOW?????).

At present only have black screen with following in centre of screen: "android_".

Item is Chinese.

Any EXTREMELY SIMPLE step-by-step advice on restoring factory settings gratefully appreciated.
