Serial number and a few questions

Hey there,

Just got a pair of Fly touch v2's. Does anyone know if there is a serial number of identifier on them? They appear identical in every aspect without any clear number I can find. Also seem to be having some trouble with skype ( a common issue I think) but was hoping there is an easier way to correct it without updating my firmware completely! Thanks for the awesome forum too lol

There is none from the outside. I'm thinking they must have some kind of motherboard or chipset number inside.
