Sony Tablet S - Blu-ray Ripper Recommendations

I want to be able to rip blu-rays and convert them to play on my tablet. Any ideas for programs that can do this really good.

Are you looking for programs that can rip the Blurays, or good movie players for android? I find it strange that the built in player won't play avis.
