Superpad Flytouch Question

Hi,

I have a Flytouch 10" tablet, see specs below.
I want to know if there is anyway i can speed the thing up?
It is very slow browsing using s range of browsers and it wont play flash. (Dont think this is possible anyway) iPlayer dosent work but youtube does. Also the battery life is pants, and there are a lot of market apps it wont work with and wont even show me on the search lists. (Proabably not compatible)
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
