sylvania dg2.20 dongrade or fix?!

Hi. So I brought a Sylvania tablet and it worked fine,that is until I used Update Device.It updated to DG2.20 now whenever I try to download apps it just says 'Download failed' And yes, turns out that your NOT supposed to upgrade the tablet if it shipped with 2.2 So I was hoping if there is a way to downgrade back to 2.2 OR a way to fix the download failed problem.

Reflash the OS, see the thread/sticky in regard to manually updating.
