Trying to use VPN connection & Hyperlinks in Documents to Go

I have just purchased an Acer Iconic Tablet and I'm really enjoying it.

I have two problems, once i connect it to my companies VPn - I can no longer use the internet so I can not connect to my companies network.

I'm using the documents to go - full version download and we have powerpoint documents with a hyperlink that goes to different slides in the powerpoint show and I can find an app to download to take advantage of this feature.

If anyone could help this would be great. I really purchase this android to do the above things.

The VPN not working is a known issue. Doesn't seem to be a work around w/o 3rd party apps. Some have had success with vpnc app, but it seemed overly complicated, so I haven't tried it. Hoping VPN gets fixed in HC3.1
