View PC Files in Nexus 7

Hi folks. I have tried a couple of freebies and purchased two apps (Unified Remote Full & WiFi File Transfer Full). My fault due to ignorance. I simply want to WiFi access my PC and view those files with my Nexus 7 (and copy). Does an app exists that allows me to view my PC files in my tablet? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum

WiFi File Transfer certainly would allow you to trensfer files back and forth but it sounds like you want to browse your PC files from your tablet. If so, you'll need 2 things, a suitable file manager and some accessible shares on the PC. Assuming you have access through shares on the PC I suggest getting ES File Explorer. You can transfer files, (though WiFi File Transfer would be easier) cut, copy and even stream from the PC.
