What to do ?

Hey guyz, hope you and your android devices are all right ....
I wanted to ask a question related to tablets.
A tablet should be turned OFF when not in use, or it should be left ON always even when not using ?
A friend told me that dont turn off your tablet ever, because battery life reduces because of it.
So what should be done when not using the tablet ? ON or OFF ?

I put mine in "sleep" mode when I'm not using it. I also turn off the wireless connection to save my battery.

I think your friend is not correct on the battery issue. My tablet never gets turned off but I have a program installed called Auto Airplane Mode, (by DON) that turns off the WiFi during sleep automatically to conserve the battery, less than 2% drain over night in sleep mode.

Yes, it certainly can be turned off but it is by no means necessary.
