Why in 'Settings/Apps are some apps ticked off as if on a SD card?

I have a NATPC M009 Android 4.0 7" tablet. In 'Settings'>Apps in the 'On SD Card' column it shows 6 apps ticked off as if on a SD Card. Why would this be, there is NO SD Card in the device.Thanks for answers. robinpe

Well, yes, there is an SD card, it's what the internal storage is, an SD card. It is displaying the SSD drive as SDcard. Situation normal.
