WiFi Question

Hi all, I just bought the APEX AP-7S118. The problem is after i type in my security code
for my internet access the tablet is not getting through to the www.

Could it b not compatible with my wifi since it is a 3g tablet?

All assistance appreciated, i am new to this stuff , just want it working.

There are so many things to narrow down. If it's a home Wi-Fi is it connecting of just bailing out after you enter the code? If not, you may have to accept terms of use before it will remain connected. Make sure you have added the tablet MAC Address if you have MAC filters turned on. Is your security code case sensitive? Check router settings and make sure you have not exceeded maximum Wi-Fi connections if you have that option on and set.

Hi rcactech, congratulations on your new tablet and welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us here at Android Tablets. Try resetting your router. Turn it off / unplug it for a minute and then turn it on again. That often helps.
