You can get decent photos with a tablet camera

    Everybody is saying that the HP Slate 7 camera is really bad. This was taken with it this afternoon. I don't think it's that terrible:

    Hard to say without seeing the actual scene. The picture is sharp, but the colors seem off. The greens appear bluish on my monitor, maybe my calibration is what's off.:confused:

    It seems to me the true test of a camera is how it deals with less than optimal conditions. Tablets, and most phones, are fine for quick snapshot opportunities but if you are planning on trading pictures most people will likely prepare by bringing a real camera. For a tablet that photo doesn't look bad, and with the great software out there corrections are fairly easy to make.

    My point exactly. It does need color correction.
