Use your stock recovery to factory reset.

thats the problem every time I factory reset it fails due to this cannot mount ubifs /dev/ubi0_0 /data . i think the best way is to use fastboot method to erase data. the problem is I don't know how to fastboot mode 7060

Stop using TWRP/CWM and use stock recovery, you have no ideal what to do in fastboot mode, my guess you don't even know what fastboot mode is. Boot into stock recovery and factory reset.

But if you are dead set on fastboot mode then you reboot to bootloader what are you going to do in there? nothing

And that is your problem you should never have replaced stock recovery, you are going to now have to find a stock 7060 stock recovery to use to fix your problem. My recovery is for 7065 not 7060 meaning at no point should you flash the recovery, you just use the 7065 recovery from sdcard. But no matter only stock recovery should be used for factory resets, these custom recoveries are made for backups and installing roms.

ill try and reach revolt... he is using 7060... if i get hold of the stock recovery for 7060 how do i install/user it?

you can try my stock 7065 recovery, DON'T FLASH IT only run from sdcard. most likely you will keep having different problems until you replace the 7065 recovery that you flashed with a 7060 recovery.

7065_stock_recovery.img

insert micro sdcard in tablet, place 7065_stock_recovery.img on micro sdcard, rename to uImage_recovery

power off tablet hold volume up, press and hold power for 5 seconds release power keep holding volume til you see recovery.

Once is stock recovery do a factory reset.
