How do I transfer files from the internal memory to a micro SD card on a LG V410 tablet?

You can use a file manager, ES File Explorer is my favorite. You can also use your computer to connect using AirDroid across your local network using your browser as a file manager.

Thanks for the very quick reply. I've transfered some files from the LG to my computer. now, how do I safely disconnect the tablet from the computer? Just unplug it?

If it finished the transfer there shouldn't be an issue with just pulling the plug.
