Touchscreen not working anymore...

I upgraded to the latest firmware from Pandigital.net and now my Pandigital Multimedia Novel Android eReader isn't working right. The Touchscreen doesn't work at all now. It powers up and I can't do anything because the screen doesn't work. I can't get into USB mode either...Any suggestions? Please help.

Sorry i have no idea what to do to help. If I could help trust me I would.I'm having problems on my Pandigital Novel eReader Tablet to. Except mine won't download music at all. On mine you can download anything: games, wallpapers,and apps. But for some reason you cant download music.....Any suggestions??

You could try to format the inner sdcard to see if that clears it up. Unless of course you are within your warranty.
