True 1080P

would anyone be able to tell me (for a fact) if any tablet or tablets on the market at the moment can play real full 1080p (30gb or so and 25000-35000kbps) files flawlessly. thanks for any assistance. I ask this because there seems to be so much disinformation on this. I cant get definite answer

I'm fairly certain one of the forum supporters who is an expert in video will be along to give you a definitive answer. There are plenty of tablets that can do true 1080p I just don't know about that framerate. I will say that a file that large was not intended to be played on any portable device I am aware of. Even 30MB would be large, 30GB is over the top.
