hi, This has happened to me on my contixo (chinese) tablet. It has its share of problems; can't play music, etc.
If your tablet came with a physical reset button, you can try that. It worked for me. the button is actually in a very small opening near the other buttons and inputs. you need a pin size tool to press the button. It is supposed to reset the tablet to factory defaults and I'm not sure what else, but all it did was shut it down.
If you don't have that, try charging the battery to full. that has also happened to me, and it worked.
