6" or 7" 4:3 aspect ratio tablet?

I am looking for a 4:3 aspect ratio Android tablet that has a screen size of 6" or 7". 7" would be ideal, however I need to keep the total size/dimensions less than 7.25" x 6.5". The only option I have seen so far is this Chinese one that may or may not be available in the US:

Mobile Phone,Lifepad,3G Wireless router,Modem

Any recommendations?
