Are there any out there? Something you can sync your contacts to. Preferably free. Thank you.

There is already, or should be, a contacts/people app on your tablet that can do that. If you want something a little more robust try Pocket Informant. The free version.

It depends on where you want to import from. The contacts/people app, depending on your version of Android will import vCards and CSV files.
