Abobe PDF File Open Problem

Hello,
Just bought a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet and installed Adobe reader.

The reader opens the Sony office pdf files okay but not those on Websites.

The Website in question is "SSE Gas/Electric" where the customer is invited to open their online bills that are in .pdf format.

Upon clicking the online bills tab a new URL starts to run in Chrome browser then freezes.

I tried Firefox Browser and still no joy.

Any help with this would be really appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, Benbo. Are the files from the Gas/Electric co. the only files that you can't view? Sounds like it may be a download issue with their wedsite.

The website is very good regards my account profile-its just Adobe doesn't recognise any of their pdf files.

If I'm not able to solve the problem I'll message them.
