My new tablet has afew glitches. I can get the Market which is good, but I can't seem to get the Bank of America App to download? Any suggestions?

What is happening is that I get to the App through the browser and then I try to install the app. The system asks me insstall from the browser or market. When I try to install from the market, it says the app does not exist. When I try to install from the browser, it just doesn't respond.
