Android 4.2 Mpad PC Tablet A20 Stuck On Boot Screen

I have a Mpad Tablet with A20 processor and when i try to boot up the tablet it stays stuck on boot screen
i never tried to root or anything so i don't understand what the problem could be if someone could help me
out i would really appreciate it thanks!

You need to provide more info... Is this a new tablet? Is there a reset hole? Have you tried to factory reset it?
