Ippo M10 Dual Core Jelly Bean stuck on Android Boot Screen

Just like the title says im stuck on the android boot screen,its a allwinner a20, I think it bricked when i changed the vold file to swap the internal and the external sd cards.
What can i do? Do i have to flash the rom?
I dont have any backups or anything... Please help.
