Another newbie thread: Can you please advise me which tablet to get based on my specs

Hi everyone,

My first post here! read quite a lot of stuff here and it is really great here.
By the way, I need your help and recommendation here.

I am looking for a GSM inbuilt 3G android tablet from Chinan which I want to use it for travelling (for calling and internet for google map to find my way). While I am not travelling, I want to use it for video watching hence higher resolution is preferred. I always like to watch very clear and high resolution movies.

Budget below $400 (budget not much of a problem) but hope at least not more than ipad or galaxy tab 2

Specs I must have
-IPS, Capacitive screen at least 5 touch
-able to support 1080p videos
-GSM/3G functions (can call/ can use google map/internet)
-dual core
-ddr3 ram

Other spec I really want to have but not sure if limited by technology of today
-size as big as possible (7 inch and above)
-wt less than 1kg
-resolution as high as possible (hope can 1024x600 and above if possible)

Side note, camera is not an issue at all.

Saw onda v972 and ainol novo 9 spark, retina display is so nice sadly it doesnt have in built 3g and gsm functions.

I research and found some tablets

There is one A31 out there that has built in 3G check out mcbub.com and search A31

You mean for Onda? I dont see any unit which has A31 and built in 3G..

But I found a few more choices
1) SANEI N10 Dual Core 3G Version 10.1 inch IPS 1280*800
but its processor is unconfirm, some say Adreno 203, some say mali 400...
