Antivirus, General Security Protection, For A13-MID

What can I get to protect my A13-MID against infected apps/programs? I'm thinking about something free and equivalent to Microsoft Security Essentials. Any help very much appreciated. Is Mobile Superhero any good or is that only for mobile phones?

There are several free anti-malware apps available on the markets. I'm using Lookout on mine with no apparent performance issues. Another popular one is AVG Antivirus Free.
