Apps for Tablet or Apps for Phone actually ?

Hi,

Are the apps available for android tablet are really tablet apps ? or they are just upscaled phone apps ?

its not like apple where they make a distinction between ipad and iphone apps. you will find some apps that worked on a phone will not work on an android tablet. for example yelp(which will not work on tablets without a camera, developers are modifying right now per my telling them) and chase bank(which needs a camera also). other than that if you have both an android phone and tablet they will look and work the same

I asked just considering the screen resolutions, not the features. Features will definitely not work if the hardware support is missing.

we.. developers are now a days developing apps for tablets,you can find them in the market but many of apps you find in market are for phones.you need to have good software such as market providing apps only for tablets.they are getting more n more efficient and cool day by day.MORE
