I have had a few issues with my android but the bugs always worked themselves out. I am not computer savy. I put it on the charger and now it wont load up? It chimes and the screen will light up with no icons and go black. It shows its on by the green on/off button but nothing?? I connected it to my laptop to try to trouble shoot it, but it does not show up in devices? Any help would be appreciated.

Apologies for any delay in response. Everything you describe indicates it is gone. Have you tried the Power button and the volume button + while the charger is attached. This will bring up the core restore menu. If nothing happens, then it is the indicator it has completely died.
