Archos Arnova 97 G4 Budget-Friendly Android Tablet Unveiled

Archos is constantly increasing their market presence by offering a wide plethora of Android tablets. Today we have a new example of this with the recently unveiled Arnova 97 G4 tablet from Archos. They showcased the device on their website with a list of specs:
  • Dual-core Cortex-A9 processor and a quad-core Mali 400 graphics chip (Rockchip RK3066 1.6 Ghz)
  • 1GB RAM
  • 8GB of built-in storage
  • Up to 32GB via an SD Card expansion
  • 9.7 inch display (resolution of 1024 x 768)
  • 2 megapixel front facing camera, and another 2 megapixel one on the back
  • Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean)
  • WiFi, (no Bluetooth)
  • Mini HDMI output
  • Measures 9.6 x 7.5 x 0.4 inches and weighs 1.5 pounds
They haven't shared any pricing details nor availability, but it is designed to be affordable so it shouldn't be too pricey. We will keep you apprised when we find out more.
