Are android market apps common across all countries ?

I have a Chinese manufactured 7inch Tablet by MID , I am not able to find the same apps on the android market as I am able to search with my android based LG Mobile.
The list shown is truncated even after loggig in.

pls help

Download the market from here Download: New Android Market Version 3.1.5 - Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog install it and try again. Make sure to uninstall the old one first.
