back up apps thats easy to use

hi all
looking for a easy and straight forward back up app. currently use es file explorer and looking for something easier to use for when backing up to ext sd card for when flashing firmware

ES File Explorer isn't really a backup app. If you're looking for one look up MyBackup.

Titanium requires root, MyBackup does not.

All the apps mentioned above will backup to an external SD card. No problem.

There are many back up app in market but i use Adao file Explorer.

It works superb.

I like backup apps that store the apps' version number as part of the filename. Allows me to keep multiple copies of an app as I upgrade them from the Market, and I can revert to a previous version if necessary.
