Bluetooth Problems - A3-A10

I just got this Acer tablet A3-A10 and I can not turn the Bluetooth from off too on. When I slide it to the on position it just slides back to the off posittion!!? Someone help me out plz!!

Welcome to the forum

Had you installed many apps? My first thought is that one of them is getting in the way. Have you restarted the tablet?
