Can a Nextbook 7" Dual Core Tablet with 8GB Memory Mirror an iPhone 4S?

I have an off the market cable that will plug into my iPhone 4s and plug in to my TV via hdmi. My question is since there is a mini hdmi this tablet can I just buy a mini hdmi cable to regular size hdmi use my cord that has hdmi female to my iPhone connection to mirror the iPhone screen to the Nextbook 7. What I am looking for is a bigger screen for reading and so on, so use it as a monitor of sorts?

I am going to say no, I think it's only HDMI out not HDMI in.
