My tablet will freeze on the android logo on startup and so I contacted iview who sent me an email to download firmware to fix my problem. After nearly 6 hours of downloading the LiveSuitPack_version-1.09-20120301 on my very old desktop that had Windows XP I can't seem to open the LiveSuit.exe file. It says...CopyDriverFile Failed!2 What do I do? I have been searching all day and can't figure this out on my own. Of coarse, calling iView all morning and no answer. Please HELP!

did you use winrar to open the 754TPC.rar
