sry noob here i have a kyros 9742 boots up but the display is so dark can hardly make any thing out.
so i thought the back light was bad so took it apart and tride it in another tablet and it worked fine.
the poot it back in and made sure every thing was hooked up right and its still dark and still boots up but have to be at the right angle to make sure.
so i was wondering if it was the firmware or not

Doesn't sound like firmware, did it ever work correctly? What have you done to the tablet.

Most likely you would need to send it to Coby for repairs.

i would me being a snoop i thought i would take it apart and try to see if it worked my other tablet and it worked fine just wondering ile figer it out.
