connecting pcto e-reader

when I open the digital editions, my ereader (pandigital) is not found, only my oldest e-reader.

I already downloades 2 times a new digital editions, but it will only know my oldest one.

Why isn't it normal to have a small program to set up your e-reader on your pc end then set over to your e-reader itself??

can somebody help me with this.

It may not see it as a pandigital ereader, it may just see it as removable disks. One of them will be your internal card and the other will be your sd card.
