Helpity help help 
Please help me find a so called "400 mb" firmware upgrade for this 7" tablet from China. Seller tells me he will send the exe program on a tf card, but then puts me on mute and won't talk to me about it, I offered to pay for it and shipping, no idea what his problem is, except I do know he owes me especially after I have bought 34 tablets from him! So I have one customer who needs this right now, but who knows how many more will need it too? Customer says his tablet just stopped working, all it does is when turned on "shows the android guy going across the screen" that's it.
Seller knew RIGHT AWAY what it was, when I told him about customers screen, which makes me mad, because apparently this has been ongoing. So can anybody help? (it really is a great little tablet, I have had no problems with mine in 5 months, customer had his less than 3 months)
