daughter can't remember password

My 12 year old just gave me her tablet. She hasn't used it in months and can't remember the password. Holding power and volume buttons don't work! Please help! Desperate!

Hi Nursejanet and welcome. You should go online to Vizio and use their online support to assist you to factory reset the tablet as this is the only option if you have forgotten the password. Use this link to get there:- Support | VIZIO
