Drawing program?

Can anyone recc. a good program for drawing some lines and adding text to the drawing?

Try Sumo Paint 5.0.5 for quick drawing. It works through the browser and requires Flash, so there is no app to install. It may run slowly as it is designed with a PC in mind, but it's free and does run.
