EPAD won't start

Hi my dear friends.

I have a big problem.Today when I was browsing the web with this tablet, the "low battery" screen has appeared, so I connected it to the charger,but after connecting it, the screen went white to approx. 1 second and tablet was shutted down!Now it is impossible to turn it on and the red LED is shining even the tablet is not connected to the power supply.Now,after 3 hours the led is off and it is still impossible to charge it or to turn the tablet ON.Do you have any suggestions what to do now?Do I have to disassembly it and disconnect the batery even when it was totally discharged?

Hi have you tried to reset?
Theres a pinhole on the side of your tab if you can use a paperclip or similar try to press button inside, it can be a bit hard to find.this happened to me. I just ran battery flat & held start button until it came back on. If these dont work maybe charger is faulty.hope this helps.
