Error Code -101

Trying to download apps from the Google play store and it is giving error code (-101), it is an brilliant pad 7026c with ice cream sandwich. Any help would be great, I have an upset kid.

Typically to fix this type of issue requires rooting of the tablet.

Alternative you can check out the Amazon AppStore for Android. It is a great alternative and has most of the same stuff.
