Excel Apps

Hi can anyone help me, just bought my first android tablet and I am trying to find an excel app that will give me full functionality when I open a file developed in Windows, specifically drop down lists and cell protection - does one exist?

Welcome to the forum

There is no direct full function equivalent to Excel for use on Android but some come fairly close. I don't know of one that will do what you need. But you might try QuickOffice Pro or Look at the capabilities of Docs 2 Go, but that app isn't cheap.
